Sale Offline Manager

Main duties:

* Build the O2O Brand Strategy plan (Sales, Marketing, CRM, Communication, etc…).

* Supervise its operational application and overall alignment on site messaging and communication with customers for a consistent SubON image (yearly calendar and marketing activities implementation including traffic management).

* Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers, regional and countries teams…to negotiate commercial conditions (margin, animations, exclusivity…).

* Build the O2O budgets, ensure respect of O2O budgets by the SubON Manager.

* Participate in setting up the purchase plan in collaboration with the buyer and the merchandise analyst.

* Control and follow up the supply processes with the relevant resources (Quantity, Quality, and Deadline).

* Supervise and ensure the efficiency of logistics processes in coordination with the related team.

* Supervise directly SubON Sale team & Set KPIs positions & support their achievements.

* Ensure a seamless information flow within & between the teams and a global awareness of O2O business.

* Ensure the technical operability & optimization of the platforms on each device with the MKT team.

* Build O2O overview reports for SubON Manager and the strategic recommendations associated.

* Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and provides suggested action plans.

Managing people:

- More than 10


College degree

At least min 4 years of working experience as a GT/Horeca/Direct Sales (FMCG, Fresh)

At least min 2 years of working experience as a Manager


Intermediate level

– good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics

– supervisory ability to drive a sales team

– time management skills

Ability to work under pressure
